Colle Delle 100 Bottiglie is based in Lucca, on Via del Bevilacqua, producing organic wine and olive oil with meticulous care for its vineyards. The vines are positioned at the ideal height, in the perfect direction, and benefit from optimal ventilation—only under these conditions can the finest results be achieved in the final product.
The winery produces three wines: Pigne Bordò, Segale, and Pigne Gialle. It also crafts extra virgin olive oil, harvested and processed directly on its land.
